Accommodated Test and Exam Booking
Welcome to the Accommodated Test and Exam Booking website. You can use this website to:
- Schedule a quiz, test, or in-class final
- Schedule an exam in the official exam period
- Check your upcoming scheduled test/exam date and time and assigned room location
- Cancel your upcoming scheduled test/exam
- Reschedule your test/exam
Click the Schedule a test, mid-term or quiz link in the menu to schedule a quiz, test, or in-class final.
Click the Schedule a final exam link to schedule an exam that occur within the official exam period.
Please note:
- You will be asked to login using your Passport York account.
- A midterm exam and final exam that occur during the Official Exam period can be booked only when the official exam schedule is available. You will get an email notification from the Online Portal when the schedule is published by the Registrar's Office. If you do not receive an email or the date does not appear in the portal, please re-check your exam date to see if it is an in-class exam.
- Book an in-class final using the Accommodated Test Booking page. You will not get an email notification for an in-class final.
- Rescheduling of exam or test is not available during the final week of classes in any term or during any Official Exam period.
- Scheduled accommodated tests and exams will only be rescheduled in exceptional circumstances with your instructor’s approval. Rescheduled dates and times are subject to availability. Students are required to submit a rescheduling request to reschedule any test/exam/quiz.
